Blaise Kilian graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Studies in 1996 and received a higher education degree in applied economics in 1997 before studying Khmer at the French National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations (INALCO) in 1999.
He has been living in Cambodia for 15 years, where he has worked for a number of public and private agencies, both Cambodian and foreign, and taught economics (in French) for seven years at the Royal University of Law and Economics. He spent nine years at the UNESCO Phnom Penh office in January 2006 as a member of the ICC-Angkor Standing Secretariat and handling a number of cultural projects with various national and international stakeholders. In February 2015, he became Advocacy Manager at the European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia.Email:
