He has been awarded the French “Legion d'Honneur” for his humanitarian work as well.

In this breakfast talk, Charles will provide you with concrete tips to help you become a highly effective and truly successful management leader, and the talk will focus on learning together, through an interactive exchange and discussion, about delegation in an organization. The event will raise awareness on the consequences, advantages and disadvantages of delegation and propose a process to improve delegation to make your company and managers more effective, productive and positive.

Mr. Charles Vincent, President of Dialogue for Personal and Professional Development / Aid Worker Support

Mr. Charles Vincent is the chairman of CVBATTAMBANG CO LTD (Cambodia), founder and president of the French International School of Battambang, and the founder and president of Dialogue for Personal and Professional Development / Aid Worker Support. He resides in Cambodia since 2012, after a career of more than 27 year with the UN World Food Programme, where he directed large and complex humanitarian operations in DR Congo, Afghanistan, Burundi, and Haiti, and held other high-level posts in former Yugoslavia, New York, Rome, and Geneva.

He is accredited as an individual coach and team development coach/facilitator. He has worked with numerous international organizations and private sector companies. As individual coach, he has worked with managers at all levels who want to improve their management competencies. He has been awarded the French “Legion d'Honneur” for his humanitarian work and is one of 5 finalists for the “Education trophy”, awarded to French expatriates living in Asia. Previously, He has made a presentation at Eurocham on team competencies.
