Purpose of the position:
Develop and manage the Narita sales / marketing department in Cambodia.
Synchronize the sales activities in Cambodia with the world wide Panalpina network.
Key tasks:
Organize the sales process in the company.
Set targets with the company management.
Regular reporting on target achievement to the management.
Assure successful account integration to the operations (SOP agreements)
Provide client and target information.
Price control
Assure compliance with the sales process
Qualifications:
University degree in business / marketing.
Basic business administration competence
Deep local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
Strong sales know-how
Decision-making capabilities
Understanding of Panalpina / Narita strategy and products.
Good knowledge of computer applications MS office
Experience:
Functional know-how in air / sea / logistics /SCM
Business administration / commercial background
Relevant working experience (minimum 5 years)
Industry experience (minimum 3 years)
Sales experience (minimum 2 years
