Job Description

-          Reception welcome guest

-          Make sure invoice are passing to Accounting for payment on time to suppliers

-          Have a strong organization and follow up ability to support the office system to run smoothly.

-          Make sure that all legal requirements are fulfilled.

-          Update information to team members

-          Inform Office Manager about any changes in legislation that can affect the Company’s operations.

-          First aid member

-          Security responsible/   Sustainability ambassador   

-          Handle purchase request / Office consumable

-          Support arranging cake/drink and other for the activities arrangement from HR

-          NCG internal audit report

-          Team member in Crisis management team

-          Update monthly meeting on Admin area

-          Foresee problems and be proactive. Take precautions in order to prevent the organization to face any operational problems.

-          Monitor the office to ensure that business remains safe, efficient and well-maintained

-          Request building management for security card

-          Maintain office key and card

-          Follow service agreements and negotiate contracts for office purchases.

-          Find out effective organizations for community activities.

-          Follow lease and service agreement negotiation contracts

-          Make sure COE, NDA, due diligence , supplier registration form, sustainability commitment  was signed by non-business partner

-          Arrange Air/Bus Ticket/Hotel Booking and other Travel related document to staff such as visa

-          Administer necessary permits for expats such as visa

-          Update company inside charity activities

-          Handle sample & donation, garment & fabric

-          To improve operation, analyze internal process and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to Office Manager.

Requirements

-     4-5 years of experience in a similar position.
-     Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written).
-     Business minded & Cost Conscious.
-     Good Computer Skills.

-     University Degree in Accounting Practices and Administration.

-     Detail Oriented and Organized.

-     Team player.

-     Willing to Travel if required.
