Job Description

Job Vaccancy at Sanofi Cambodia: Sales Training & Event Company Executive: 

1. Sales Force Training:  

  • Develops the “Product Catalogue” for sales force to ensure as a reminder for their call / detailing to customers
  • Lead the processes of ‘ Detailing’ between from Marketing and Trade team to sales force team and seek the evaluation tools of detailing management to analyze its effectiveness
  • Lead new project ‘V-learn, V-Growth’ model for the benefits of whole team, coordinating with trainers to run as plan
  • Manage the monthly ‘Detailing Training Plan’ with Medical and Marketing team and ensure to execute the plan monthly smoothly
  • Studies, proposes and coordinates with relevant team to develop the “Q&A Development” for sales force team
  • Develops the product training programmes that is appropriate for the sales team in the new promotional model per assigned timetable, with agreed schedule with the trainers
  • Works closely with medical and marketing team to create technical product training materials to maximise product value and understanding;
  • Takes the lead in identifying product training needs for marketing team and proposing the technical product training, taking into consideration the overall business objectives, business impacts/ benefits, competitive advantages and differentiation.
  • Works closely with stakeholders on the interpretation of latest clinical data and ensure the understanding from sales team. Proactively seek input from internal stakeholders and develop training materials and concrete training plan, fitting to the needs of the business/ teams.
  • Determines SF training requirements by studying with sales with the analysis of current results; conferring with sales force; reviewing results of trainer coaching; evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Works with medical and marketing on next action plans for SF low capacity on product knowledge;
  • Develops the e-tool for the training and testing for sales force and monitor it
  • Report and analyze the effectiveness for the training and work with relevant stakeholders to fulfill the gaps once finding;

 SF Training Administration

  • Develops a training calendar for internal stakeholders and maintaining the training records.
  • Maintains training materials and documents and ensuring training materials

2. Event Management: Bringing Sanofi Cambodia’s Purpose and Values to life    

  • Co-lead to develop, plan and execute the events for the Company per annual schedule
  • Lead and perform the agreed events and excellence execution / expectation from internal stakeholders
  • Be responsible for making plans of the event keeping the mind the requirements of the clients
  • Work with supplier to deal and negotiate the buying processes, with follow the relevant guideline of the company
  • Communicate with the clients regularly and understanding their needs, event expectations and requirements
  • Ensure excellent customer service to audiences, quality delivery and exceptional project quality of the event
  • Travel on site to inspect the ongoing arrangements, preparations and the changes needed to suit the need of the clients
  • Plan the event according to the budget and make sure that spending as per plan in-line with supervisor
  • Be responsible by creating new concepts, model, technique …etc. of the event
  • Handles/Works with internal key stakeholder to design the contents/strategy for company’s events
  • Reports, analyzes, surveys the effectiveness of the events from internal and external targeted audiences, 

3. Administrative Support

  •  Support all admin tasks within department
  •  Other tasks being assigned by supervisor

  • Bachelor’s qualifications are essential, preferably in Business, Management, Marketing or relevant

Essential Experiences

Languages and Microsoft Office

  • Experiences in event management
  •  Experiences in course development & delivery
  •  Experiences in training / facilitation/ coaching skills

 

  • Good command in English and Khmer
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in Photoshop is a plus
