Following a full and rich career in the United Nations World Food Programme, Mr Vincent is President of the NGO DPPD– Dialogue for Personal and Professional Development- (www.dppdinternational.com), and its “subsidiary”, Aid Worker Support (www.aidworkersupport.org) a Geneva based and registered NGO focused on providing personal coaching, facilitation, and team development to international workers and organizations. Mr Vincent also provides support to organizations, as an independent international consultant, on programme design, operations, and evaluations. Mr Vincent has a vast experience in developing countries and in HQ on humanitarian and development issues which are sustainable and bring value added to the targeted population,
Mr Vincent is investing in education in Cambodia, co-creating in 2012 the “EcoleFrançaise de Battambang” (www.ecolefrancaisedebattambang.org), a not-for-profit pre-primary and primary international French school (Association Loi 1901). He has taught courses on humanitarian action at the University of Geneva and other educational institutions. He also teaches and mentors 3rd year university students supported by the NGO Enfants du Mekong in Phnom Penh. Mr Vincent was awarded the French “Legion d’Honneur” (December 2011), France’s highest civilian award.
