Breakfast Talk | The roles of Credit Bureau in supporting Financial Industry and Private Sector
EuroCham gave a special spotlight on Cambodia’s only consumer credit reporting system, Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC) during its Breakfast Talk on June 22.
Pascal Ly, CEO of Credit Bureau Cambodia and speaker of the event, delivered a comprehensive presentation of how consumer credit reporting and the CBC works within the financial industry, and in particular how they contribute to the growth of the lower and middle classes, and the economy at large. .
With, more than 9 million credit reports generated on more than 3 million customers in its database to date, CBC aims to support Cambodia’s economic growth, to reduce poverty and to help financial institutions in their lending decisions.
After the presentation of CBC, Pascal Ly replied to participants’ questions.
