Notification on Thailand's New Customs Act
Please find attached a GDCE Notification on Thailand's New Customs Act that will come into force from Nov 13, 2017 which does not allow for products to transit via land from/to a country, through Thailand, to/from a third country until a specific MOU is signed. The Cambodian GDCE is working to secure the signature of such an MOU with Thailand and will keep the public informed.
