After almost 4 years as Executive director of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cambodia (CCIFC), Martin Brisson joined EuroCham Cambodia as Deputy Executive Director in December 2022.
From 2015 to 2017, Martin worked as an economic and commercial attaché (VIA) at the French Embassy in Cambodia, in connection with Business France Vietnam. As the only representative of Business France in Cambodia, he successfully accompanied more than thirty companies (SMEs and multinationals) on the Cambodian market with prospecting and market research missions.
Still at the Embassy, where he was also in charge of macroeconomic and sectoral studies for the French Treasury, Martin had the opportunity to produce numerous notes covering a variety of subjects: microfinance, energy, construction, food security, automotive...

Position: Communications Coordinator/Sr. Market Analyst
Brian Badzmierowski manages outreach and digital communication strategies for the chamber. Recently, he joined the services team, where he performs market research and works with development partners to implement projects focused on capcity building and business development.
An experienced freelance journalist with a background in news reporting, feature writing, and communications, Brian has worked for Cambodian media outlets since he arrived in the Kingdom in 2020. After working as a sub-editor at the Phnom Penh Post, he moved to Khmer Times where he covered COVID-19, national news, and business. Most recently, he worked as a business reporter at Cambodia Investment Review focusing on finance, development, and trade.
In the United States, Brian started his career covering breaking news and sports at The Patriot Ledger and held roles as a sports broadcaster and political campaign organizer before moving to live and work in China in 2017.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Mass Communication in 2010 from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont.

Léa recently joined Eurocham in the role of Membership Officer. Her career journey includes two significant work experiences, one within an NGO in South Africa and the other at the European Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.

Zandre VAN STRATEN

Position: Services Coordinator
Zandre is the Services Coordinator and has lived and worked in Southeast Asia for the majority his career - with learning and working experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Thailand, Vietnam, and now Cambodia.
As a research and communications professional, he has ample experience with manufacturing federations, solar power projects, sustainable development, disasters and climate change, and UN agencies in the region. He has also co-published articles on ASEAN's economic integration and Covid-19 resilience with regional media outlets.
He earned his bachelor's in International Business at James Cook University in Singapore in 2014, honour's in Communications Management from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, and his master's degree in International Relations from Webster University in Bangkok, Thailand.Email:
Puthiridh NGUON SAO

Position: Junior Training Officer
Currently, Puthiridh is a fresh International Relations graduate from the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy (IISPP) and a senior student majoring in Education from the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL) of the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
Before becoming a part of EuroCham, he was a member of his university’s Project Management Team during his sophomore and junior years, where he co-led and led the university’s projects and events. In 2022, he was a Socioeconomic intern at the United Nations Development Programme Cambodia, and in 2023, he was an International News Writer at Thmey Thmey Media.

Position: Senior Advocacy Officer
Joachim is an international law student, specializing in European Union Law at the University of Lille, France. Before joining EuroCham he had two major working experiences: one in a French Sub-prefecture in Reunion Island and another one in Togo for a humanitarian association and in a lawyer's office.
Interested in the commercial relationship between the European Union and the ASEAN, he will help EuroCham in this mission of providing a better framework for European investors. Starting with the area of Real Estate and Construction.

Dani Gill moved to Cambodia in 2016 in search of career development opportunities after completing her MSc in Economic Development and has since held positions at Future Forum and Globe Media Asia.
Over the past six years, Dani has been developing a vast skill set in project management roles and has honed skills in communication and event management, planning and executing events such as book launches, networking events, film festivals, music festivals, and more.

Stefania has broad experience in the sustainability field, acting as public manager for the Romanian government from 2013 to 2017, during which time she implemented the country’s national anti-corruption strategy. In Sweden, she served as Senior Supplier Code of Conduct Auditor for the largest telecom company in the country, conducting sustainability audits on suppliers. Massimiliano Tropeano moved to India 20 years ago, successfully heading 3 buying offices for major Italian brands with responsibilities in buying, sourcing, production, quality, merchandising, CSR, etc. passing through hard goods and children care items, including sourcing in markets like Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Position: Junior Admin & Service Officer
Chetra is a senior at the Institute of Foreign Languages, Department of English, majoring in Professional Communication. He has experience working as a Secretary/Translator for the Ministry of Rural Development and was a Youth Nutrition Champion for the Helen Keller International Organization. At the organization, he promoted healthy diets for Cambodian citizens. Chetra also studied in Spain as part of the European Union’s Erasmus+ Program.
