Martin BRISSON

Executive Director

After almost 4 years as Executive director of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cambodia (CCIFC), Martin Brisson joined EuroCham Cambodia as Deputy Executive Director in December 2022.

From 2015 to 2017, Martin worked as an economic and commercial attaché (VIA) at the French Embassy in Cambodia, in connection with Business France Vietnam. As the only representative of Business France in Cambodia, he successfully accompanied more than thirty companies (SMEs and multinationals) on the Cambodian market with prospecting and market research missions.

Still at the Embassy, where he was also in charge of macroeconomic and sectoral studies for the French Treasury, Martin had the opportunity to produce numerous notes covering a variety of subjects: microfinance, energy, construction, food security, automotive...

Martin holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from Neoma Business School, France, and a master's degree in Marketing and Communication from Toulouse Business School, France.

Stew POST

Senior Communications Officer and Market Analyst

Stew Post manages outreach, communications, and digital strategies for the chamber as well supporting the services team in market research, analysis and business development.

He joined EuroCham Cambodia in 2024 after cutting his teeth in the nation’s media industry reporting for the Southeast Asia Globe and serving as a project editor for Brains Communication. During his time with the firms, he interviewed key stakeholders in the Cambodian government as well leaders from the private sector and civil society organisations, gaining important insights into the Kingdom’s business and governance landscapes. 

Raised in Bellingham, Washington in the United States, he attended Western Washington University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology.

Sonita PICH

Senior Events Officer

With extensive background in marketing, business development, communications, and event organisation, Sonita currently serves as the Senior Events Officer in charge of the Events Department at EuroCham Cambodia. In this role, she leads the planning and execution of strategic events that promote, support, and represent European business interests in the country.

Prior to joining EuroCham, Sonita was the Marketing and Communication Officer at DFDL, a leading legal and tax advisory firm operating across South and Southeast Asia.

Sonita holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, majoring in International Relations from the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy (IISPP) at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP).

Yannick Rithy ROMER

Membership Officer

Yannick-Rithy graduated from the Master Grande École program at Skema Business School, one of France’s top business schools. Having grown up in a multicultural environment and enriched by professional experiences in both institutional and private sectors across Cambodia, France, and Germany, he brings an international perspective and strong motivation to his role with EuroCham.

Zandre VAN STRATEN

Services Coordinator

Zandre is the Services Coordinator and has lived and worked in Southeast Asia for the majority his career - with learning and working experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Thailand, Vietnam, and now Cambodia. 

As a research and communications professional, he has ample experience with manufacturing federations, solar power projects, sustainable development, disasters and climate change, and UN agencies in the region. He has also co-published articles on ASEAN's economic integration and Covid-19 resilience with regional media outlets.       

He earned his bachelor's in International Business at James Cook University in Singapore in 2014, honour's in Communications Management from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, and his master's degree in International Relations from Webster University in Bangkok, Thailand.   

Mey Ching CHAN

Leeza CHAN

Advocacy Officer

Leeza, an Australia Award recipient, holds a master’s degree in commerce with specialisations in Strategy, Innovation, Management, and Digital Business from the University of Sydney. Her expertise has driven her involvement in management consulting projects with Australian organisations and startups, including UNICEF Australia, KPMG Australia, and Bella tech startups.

Previously, Leeza was a Manager at the Cambodia Securities Exchange – Department of Market Operations, where she led the strategic development of financial and digital products, including stocks, government bonds, and trading platforms. She collaborated with various stakeholders, such as MEF, NBC, SERC, to ensure market efficiency, regulatory compliance, and system reliability.

Jorne NOOIJ

Advocacy Specialist

 Working under the EU–German Global Access and Trade Expertise (GATE) programme, Jorne supports EuroCham’s advocacy team on cross-sectoral priorities, including enhancing trade facilitation through improved customs and logistics frameworks, reducing administrative barriers, and promoting sustainable, responsible business practices in Cambodia’s garment and agricultural sectors. 

With over three years of consulting and development sector experience in Cambodia, Jorne brings a strong understanding of the local business environment. Prior to this, he worked with non-governmental organisations across the Middle East and Asia. 

Jorne holds a BSc in Economics and Policy from Wageningen University and an MSc in Crisis and Security Management from Leiden University in the Netherlands.
