A few weeks ago EuroCham received an extensive response to the 2016 White Book (our first-ever annual set of policy proposals) that we published in March. EuroCham had the opportunity to meet extensively with the General Director of Taxation on July 4th to initiate dialogue on tax-related issues affecting compliant companies.  EuroCham Chairman Arnaud Darc introduced the Chamber advocacy program and Tax Committee to the GDT which was followed by an in depth, open discussion on the tax-related issues covered in the EuroCham White Book.  H. E. Mr. Kong Vibol (in charge of GDT) commented on every issue raised by the private sector, and EuroCham will be publishing his formal responses in August.
