This morning, EuroCham was happy to host the Third Candidate’s Meeting of the Cambodia Energy Efficiency Competition at its office on behalf of Sevea.
EuroCham Senior Communication Officer Brian Badzmierowski gave opening remarks, noting the need to embrace easily implemented energy-efficient solutions such as regulated AC temperatures in a city that suffers from blackouts and high electric costs.
Mr. Santhosh Reddy, the Key Account Manager at Signify, spoke next and shared his views on energy efficient lighting solutions and highlighted the promising ROI of LED lighting.
Ms. Adrienne Ravez, Chief Operating Officer at @Quantum Endorphine Digital then guided the participants on behavior change communication while providing communication strategies to support change management. An insightful group discussion moderated by the CEE Competition team on energy efficiency programs for companies followed.
Ms. Océane Tryssac, Project Officer of CEE Comp said: “The idea is that candidates meet each other, share their experience and best practices, discuss their questions and challenges, brainstorm, and identify new ideas to save energy. We are happy to see that the participants played the game very well during this third meeting at EuroCham Cambodia. We also took the opportunity to discuss topics related to energy efficiency to deepen the candidates’ knowledge on the subject. This time we were glad to have two speakers from Signify and QED to talk about lighting and communication for behavior change. We would like to warmly thank EuroCham for its excellent welcome on its premises. It was very much appreciated and contributed to making this event a success.”
EuroCham thanks the candidates from AMK, Archetype Cambodia, ATS, Cambodia Airports, Comin Khmere, Decathlon, DHL, French Embassy, Heineken, LBL Construction, Quantum Endorphine Digital, Sevea, Signify, Smart, Thalias, and Total Energies for taking their time to engage in this very engaging idea-sharing session.
