Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and Eurocham Cambodia are organising a delegation of European companies to explore opportunities in Cambodia’s digital economy. Activities will take place over a period of 5 days from the 8th to the 12th of June in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
On the 8th and 12th, there will be opportunities to meet one on one with delegates travelling to Cambodia. No official sessions will be held on these day’s, a perfect opportunity to connect and share.
Goals of the mission:
- introduction to market dynamics;
- facilitation of business-to-business (B2B) engagement;
- government interaction;
- and fostering potential business partnerships;

Overview of the delegates:
The delegates represent a diverse group of European-affiliated companies with expertise in travel technology, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, infrastructure, and sustainability.
They are visiting Cambodia to explore the market, identify new partners and clients, and better understand local business opportunities. Many are also interested in investment prospects, government engagement, and building long-term partnerships with both the public and private sectors.
The delegates aim to discuss outsourcing opportunities, including access to local tech talent in areas such as AI, software development, cybersecurity, and digital services. They are looking to connect with Cambodian-based startups, investors, and innovation hubs. There is also interest in energy and digital infrastructure, including renewable energy solutions for data centres.
