On 6th & 7th September 2023, EuroCham Training Academy will host a 2-day training course on Leadership for Change Management Course at Factory Phnom Penh from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

The ability for organisations to quickly adapt in order to stay relevant and competitive is essential. Whether it’s introducing newprocesses and systems,digital transformation or restructuring the workforce, organisations invest considerable amounts of time, energy, and resources to improve their effectiveness. Yet, studies show that only 34% of change initiatives report clear success. Strong change leadership inspires others towards a better future, fosters trust and commitment in teams, and overcomes resistance
through empowerment and engagement at all levels of the organisation. While change is never easy or smooth, compelling leadership helps others through the transition and sustain new ways of working into the future.

This course equips managers with confidence and skills on how they can assess their change initiatives and apply appropriate strategies to succeed. Grounded in fundamental theories on change, participants will reflect on their organisation, stakeholders and plans to identify where their energies are best placed. Participants will also benefit from peer sharing opportunities to understand the challenges in the change journey as well as expand ideas of tools and responses at their disposal.

About the trainer

Our trainer is an energetic and dynamic transformational change agent with 17 years of professional experience in social, behavioural and organisational change in private, public and NGO/civil society sectors. Her focus is on how strategy, operations and culture within organisations can result in sustained transformation, particularly in fluid and ambiguous contexts. She holds a Masters of International Law and a combined Bachelors of Communications in Social Inquiry and in International Studies from
the University of Technology, Sydney as well as Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership at Charles Sturt University. She has completed Executive Education in Leading Successful Change at INSEAD and is a certified executive coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership..
