Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is essential for organisations—from development organisations, NGOs, and government, to private sector businesses—to track progress, demonstrate results, ensure accountability, and drive adaptive improvements.
This practical course equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and skills to design, implement, and utilise effective M&E systems in diverse Cambodian and regional contexts.
Through interactive sessions, real-life case studies, group exercises, and hands-on application, trainees will gain practical experience in building M&E frameworks, collecting and analysing data, and using findings to enhance project performance.
