Following the Prakas 300 PN CBP PrK of the Ministry of Commerce, it is required that all companies re-register their business online before 31st of March 2016.
In order to support companies in this process, EuroCham organised a free training session delivered by the Ministry of Commerce on “Business Re-registration through Online System”.
During the session, all elements of the re-registration were clarified and a practical demonstration was provided.

The Ministry of Commerce has launched the Business Online Registration and Re-registration System in early January aiming to reduce the number of steps, application forms and number of signatories needed in business registration and permit applications. It is a high priority program to improve the business climate in the country. More than 40,000 companies incorporated in Cambodia must re-register online before 31st March.
