EuroCham’s service team wrapped up a lively two-day Leadership for Change Management training led by Cassandra Mok at the Factory Phnom Penh on Thursday, during which participants learned how to inspire employees to thrive and stay motivated during organizational change.

On day one, participants learned why change often comes with failures and setbacks and how to overcome these obstacles by effectively using individual leadership styles.

Among the topics discussed on day two were how to keep a level head and care for yourself while initiating sometimes uncomfortable shifts in the workplace. Mok also demonstrated how to create a strong vision to spark positive change and how to prioritise the right steps along the way.

The two-day session drew 22 participants who noted Mok’s enthusiastic and engaging delivery of the course contents.

“Cassandra was very captivating. It makes all the difference and becomes more than just knowledge, it’s emotional and real. You can read it in a book but it’s not the same. How she delivered the course was really great!” Laurent Loustau, communication and development manager at LBL International said.
