To support their growth, EuroCham's Training Academy is hosting a 2-day course on "Leadership for Frontline Managers" on 4th and 5th June from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
This course offers participants the opportunity to acquire essential leadership skills tailored for frontline Managers. Through interactive sessions, they will learn how to inspire and motivate teams, effectively manage talent, and adapt to diverse communication and working styles. Joining this course provides a supportive environment for practical application, ensuring frontline managers can excel in their roles.

About our trainer
Ms. Cassandra Mok is leadership and organisational development consultant with 18 years of professional experience in social, behavioural and organisational change in private, public and NGO/social sectors. Her focus is on how the strategy, operations and culture within organisations can result in sustained transformation, particularly in fluid and ambiguous contexts.
Certified through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, she specialises in mindset and behavioural change, authentic leadership, interpersonal relationships, and effectiveness. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership from Charles Sturt University, a Master of International Law and a combined Bachelor of Communications in Social Inquiry and in International Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney.
