Building on the success of the first and second editions of this series, which addressed the Prevention of Gender-Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH) in the workplace in the GFT sector and the inclusion of persons with disabilities, respectively, this event will present the third of five Sustainability Recommendation Papers (SRPs) centered on Responsible Wage Digitalization.
It brings together key stakeholders—government, businesses, civil society, development partners, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, TAFTAC, CGTI, RISE, factories, BFC, CARE, GIZ-FABRIC, and financial institutions—with the aim of:
- Disseminating key findings from the SRPs on Promoting Responsible Wage Digitalization in Cambodia's GFT Sector
- Providing strategic recommendations to promote Responsible Wage Digitalization in the GFT sector
- Exchanging knowledge across key players
- Fostering collaborative approaches: enhancing dialogue and cooperation among all industry stakeholders.
A panel discussion will provide an opportunity for audience members to ask questions and engage with the experts.
