Mr. Pauv Sokheng Phauk, Senior Programme Officer from ACTED introduced the Workers Sabay (“Happy Workers” in Khmer) certification for Phnom-Penh based hospitality businesses.
The certification, jointly awarded by ACTED and the Ministry of Tourism, is for Phnom Penh’s range of restaurants, bars, hotels and spas that offer fair working conditions to their employees in compliance with the Cambodian Labour Law. The certification scheme is funded by the European Union

in Law from the University of Cambodia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Development from the Cambodian
