On 19 & 20 June 2021, EuroCham is hosting an online training on "Logistics and Supply Chain Management" via Zoom.
In this course, you will learn how to effectively analyse supply chain options and choose the best strategies to fit your company aims. You will learn the factors to consider when designing a supplier network, selecting a logistics partner, or when selecting suppliers. The different modes of transport will be covered with their relative pros and cons, and how to choose those most suitable one for your company.
You will also learn how to apply international concepts of supply chain management to increase efficiency and reduce costs. For example, the new INCO Terms 2020 will be explained in detail during the training to enable participants to confidently use them.
Overall, the course will provide a great overview of Supply Chain management to those new to logistics roles (or seeking to gain greater exposure to them), and will enable those already working in the space to refine and update their knowledge.
