"Change management is a systematic approach to dealing with the transition or transformation of an organization's goals, processes, or technologies

On June 29th & 30th, 2022, EuroCham Cambodia will host a training course on Leadership for Change Management at FACTORY Phnom Penh.

The ability for organisations to quickly adapt to stay relevant and competitive is essential. Whether it's introducing new processes and systems, digital transformation or restructuring the workforce, organisations invest considerable amounts of time, energy, and resources to improve their effectiveness. About our Trainer

Our trainer is an energetic and dynamic transformational change agent with 17 years of professional experience in social, behavioural, and organisational change in private, public, and NGO/civil society sectors. Her focus is on how strategy, operations, and culture within organisations can result in sustained transformation, particularly in fluid and ambiguous contexts.

She holds a Master of International Law and a combined Bachelors of Communications in Social Inquiry and in International Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership at Charles Sturt University. She has completed Executive Education in Leading Successful Change at INSEAD and is a certified executive coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
