The presentations we choose to listen to typically offer beautiful slide designs, varying tones from the speaker, memorable starts and endings, innovative data displays, and interactive tools.

This course is designed to help you get up to speed with the different features found in PowerPoint and become familiar with its more advanced features.

Most organisations today use Microsoft PowerPoint as an integral part of their daily work. Whether it's to sell a product, vision, or idea, or it's to inform an eager audience of their latest program results, most professionals have to master the art of designing and delivering a PowerPoint-based presentation.

Today, very few use PowerPoint to its full potential. Fewer still have a firm grasp of the basic public speaking skills that can breathe life into presentations, allowing them to be delivered with style and confidence. Did you know there is a built-in PowerPoint feature called “Presentation coach” that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to give speaker feedback?

To become a great presenter, you need to master both the use of PowerPoint visual aids and its latest features, as well as dynamic speaking skills that make people want to listen! These images demonstrate what you will learn to create eye-catching brochures and post-speech documents that will connect with people in a visually pleasing and interactive way.

Participants will also receive a PowerPoint recipe book with PowerPoint enhancements, including600+ customizable icons and a variety of visual effects.

About the Course:

This 3-Day, 24-hour Training Course is designed as follows:

Day 1: Mastering PowerPoint Visual Aids
Day 2: Designing Your PowerPoint Presentations
Break 1-week
Day 3: Delivering the Perfect PowerPoint Presentation

As a side note, you can create bullet points in PowerPoint and convert them into a diagram like the one above (known as SmartArt). This demonstrates one of the many tools that almost every PowerPoint user doesn’t know exists.

Our sessions are focused on effective PowerPoint setup, design, and delivery. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate from EuroCham.

Pre-work: Each student should have a 5-minute PPT presentation ready (it can be a corporate presentation or any presentation you've used in the past that can be shared with other participants).

Equipment: As this is an interactive hands-on course, participants should bring their laptop with at least Office 2013 installed, as well as their laptop charger.

About the Trainer

David Benaim (Certified Office Trainer | Chartered Accountant | Data Scientist)

Our trainer co-organises Nerd Night, a presentation night with 100+ attendees every two or so weeks, and has a YouTube channel with 250+ daily views on PowerPoint, Excel & Power BI tricks that are even shared by the Microsoft Creators channel. He has worked with over 100 organisations and conducted training for over 1500 people, spanning Cambodia, the UK, and Vietnam. David is a certified chartered accountant with the ICAEW from Deloitte London. He co-chairs the London Financial modellers group, the data residents Cambodia group, and Cambodia’s official PowerBI & Excel user group and he is a regular public speaker at many of these events.
