Francophonie Summit 2026
As Cambodia prepares to host the 20th Francophonie Summit in November 2026, a wide range of diplomatic, economic, cultural, and innovation-focused events will take place across the country. Among them is the highly anticipated France–Cambodia Business Forum, organised by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cambodia (CCI France Cambodge) from 16 to 17 November. This page serves as a reference point for the official program, side events, and partnership initiatives taking place in connection with the Summit.

Organised by the Cambodian Ministry of Commerce, in partnership with the European Union delegation to Cambodia and the Federal Republic of Germany, the Cambodia Cashew and Pepper Trade Forum (CCPTF) is the country’s flagship platform for advancing sustainable trade, innovation, and investment in its premium cashew and pepper sectors. It brings together producers, processors, exporters, investors, and development partners to forge meaningful connections and drive the global competitiveness of these products.

12 - 13 Nov : International Meetings of the Paris Bar
Organised by the Paris Bar Association, the International Meetings of the Paris Bar will bring together French, Cambodian, and international lawyers in Phnom Penh to discuss topics of common interest. These meetings will provide an opportunity to deepen mutual understanding of the French and Cambodian legal systems, exchange best practices, and explore new avenues for cooperation between legal professionals. 14 Nov : Parliamentary Assembly of La Francophonie (APF)
Organised by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Francophonie, the APF General Assembly will bring together parliamentarians from Francophone countries to address key political, institutional and cooperation issues. Organised by the International Organisation of the Francophonie (OIF), the 20th Francophonie Summit will bring together heads of state, government officials, institutions, and international partners from across the Francophone world. Hosted in Cambodia, the summit will highlight political dialogue, economic cooperation, cultural exchange, and shared priorities among Francophone countries. It will also provide an important platform to strengthen Cambodia’s visibility and engagement within the global Francophonie network.

14 -16 Nov : FrancoTech Salon
Organised by the Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, (MPTC) and the Cambodian Academy of Digital Technologies (CADT), the FrancoTech Salon will showcase innovation, digital solutions, and technology-driven initiatives from the Francophone ecosystem. The event will gather startups, companies, institutions, and tech professionals to explore opportunities in digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and innovation. It will also highlight Cambodia’s potential as an emerging market for technology partnerships within the Francophone business community.

In parallel, organised by La French Tech Phnom Penh, the French Tech Asia Forum will showcase the Francophone technology ecosystem in Asia through a dedicated pavilion featuring Cambodian startups alongside French Tech partners from across the region. The programme will also include a French Tech Talk, a roundtable, a Networking Breakfast, and a variety of networking opportunities bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, and institutional representatives. Together, these events will provide a unique platform to foster innovation, build partnerships, and strengthen connections across Francophone technology ecosystems.

Organised by the Ministry of Tourism of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Francophonie Village will be a public cultural and institutional showcase celebrating the diversity of the Francophone world. It will feature country pavilions, cultural activities, exhibitions, food, performances, and information booths. The event will offer visitors an opportunity to discover Francophone cultures, institutions, and cooperation initiatives, while creating a festive atmosphere around the Summit.

14 - 16 Nov : The Meeting of Francophone Entrepreneurs
Organised by the Alliance of Francophone Employers’ Organisation, the Meeting of Francophone Entrepreneurs brings together each year more than 3,000 leaders, investors, and decision-makers from across the Francophone world to exchange ideas, invest, explore new markets, and advance the Francophone economy. For this 6th edition, the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce (CCC), a member of the Alliance and chaired by Mr. Neak Oknha Kith Meng, is hosting the event in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, from November 14 to 16, 2026, on the sidelines of the 20th Francophonie Summit.

Organised by CCI France Cambodge , the France-Cambodia Business Forum will bring together French, Cambodian, and international business leaders, institutions, investors, and public-sector representatives. 18 Nov : Study in Europe Fair
Organised by the Delegation of the European Union to Cambodia, the Study in Europe Fair is a major annual education event connecting Cambodian students with European universities, scholarships, and career opportunities. Held in Phnom Penh, the fair features university exhibitions, academic dialogues, networking with EU companies, and information sessions on studying and living in Europe, strengthening Cambodia–Europe educational cooperation and student mobility.
