Job description
As an advocacy intern, you will be a fully functional member of the advocacy department, working alongside the team and reporting directly to the Advocacy coordinator. You will be involved in the entire range of the department’s activities: administrative tasks, event organisation, writing of documents, and organisation of public consultations.
Responsibilities
- Administration of the EuroCham’s Committees (management of the CRM, organisation of the meetings and drafting of the meeting minutes)
- Tasks related to event organisations (inviting and coordinating with event speakers, drafting of the event concept note, management of the agenda)
- Coordination of Governmental consultations (drafting of the agenda and speaking points, establishing the participation list)
- Support in drafting position papers.

Requirements
- Having english proficiency, both in writing and speaking
