EuroCham Cambodia is seeking proposals from qualified website consultant individuals/firms to provide website upgrade and security services for the Responsible Business Hub (RBH). The consultation contract period is expected to begin in mid-May 2024 and finish at the end of March 2025. 

1. Consultation Objectives 

To explore and understand the current appearance of the RBH website better, please click here. The consultation objectives are to (1) periodically upgrade each section of the website to be more user-friendly and (2) consistently provide maintenance to ensure a robust website. The same objectives apply for the following website: CSR Week (google.com) that RBH is using for a series of events. 

2. Scope of Work 

Upon the selection, the services delivery shall include: 

• Modify periodically the site and/or section with more engaging visuals and tools (e.g. clickable icons, etc.), upload documents as requested by the RBH/Eurocham team 

• Keep the search engine (e.g. key terms, sectors, etc.) up to date and provide search engine optimization (SEO) recommendations periodically 

• Provide consistent designs (e.g. headline text, logo size, etc.) across all sections on the website 

• Do site health check periodically and ensure the smooth utilization of both RBH website and EuroCham website (since RBH website is connected with EuroCham website) 

• Provide monthly update and/or meeting with RBH Team (and EuroCham Communication Team) 

3. Timeline and Term of Payment 

This projected contract is for mid-May 2024 until the end of March 2025 with the budget of 3,200 USD (including VAT/WHT), which the following payment term will be delivered: 

1. First payment 40% taking place in May 2024 

2. Second payment 20% taking place in August 2024 

3. Third payment 20% taking place in December 2024 

4. Fourth payment 20% taking place in March 2025.
