BRED Bank currently operates seven branches across Cambodia with 212 employees and plans to open two more branches by the end of 2020, with the aim of expanding to 15 to 20 over the next three years.
In 2019 BRED Bank launched SHINE, a unique women’s entrepreneur initiative. Our successful program combines financial and non-financial services, including a soft skills curriculum, to help entrepreneurial businesses thrive.

BRED Bank Cambodia is a subsidiary of BRED Banque Populaire, a member of the BPCE Group, the 2nd largest banking group in France, serving more than 36 million customers. BPCE employs 105,000 people worldwide and counts 9 million cooperative shareholders.

Mr. Guillaume Perdon
CEO
Guillaume Perdon is the Region Head of BRED Group in South-East Asia (Cambodia, Myanmar & Lao PDR). He has been being the CEO of the lao JV of Bred Group, Banque Franco-Lao Ltd, since its inception in 2010. He is today running the establishment of BRED Bank in Cambodia. Previously Guillaume Perdon held a variety of management positions (CFO, Risk Director and Managing Director) in the banking industry in Western Africa. He is graduated from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Clermont-Ferrand. He has been elected Vice President of the European Chamber of Commerce in Lao since 2012. He is also French Foreign Trade Advisor since 2008
