What is EuroCham and what does it do?
EuroCham Cambodia is the official chamber representing European businesses in the Kingdom. Founded in 2011 by the French, German, and British chambers, it now gathers over 450 members from 23 European countries and six national chapters.
What are EuroCham’s main missions?

Where is EuroCham located and what are the opening hours?
We’re located at #30 Preah Norodom Boulevard (3rd floor, BRED Bank building), Daun Penh, Phnom Penh. Our office is open Monday–Friday, from 8:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 18:00.
What are the different membership statutes (Ordinary vs. Associate)?
EuroCham membership can be held under two main statutes: Ordinary or Associate.
The distinction depends mainly on your company’s ownership and legal presence in Cambodia.
- Ordinary Members are companies or individuals with European ownership or strong EU ties that also have a legal presence in Cambodia.
- Associate Members are companies or individuals that either do not have a legal presence in Cambodia or are locally registered businesses with proven links to Europe.
The appropriate statute (Ordinary or Associate) is determined by EuroCham’s Board of Directors after reviewing your company’s information in the membership application.
What are the different types of EuroCham membership?
EuroCham offers two main membership levels:
- Standard Membership, which includes the categories Corporate, SME, Start-up, Individual, and NGO (see below for details).
- Partner Membership, available in Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers.
Each level provides different benefits and visibility opportunities, from standard networking and advocacy access to enhanced promotion, event participation, and branding privileges.
What are the categories of standard membership (Corporate, SME, Start-up, Individual, NGO)?
EuroCham offers several categories depending on company size and profile:

Start-up members must begin their legal registration within 6 months and automatically move to SME membership in their second year.
How does membership through a National Chapter work?

EuroCham Cambodia is composed of six National Chapters:
- Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie France Cambodge (CCIFC)
- German Business Group (GBC)
- Nordic Chamber of Commerce (NordCham)
- Italian Chamber of Commerce (ItaCham)
- Benelux Chamber of Commerce (Benelux Cambodia)
- Central and Eastern European Business Association Cambodia (CEEBAC)
Members may choose to apply either directly through EuroCham Cambodia or through one of its National Chapters.
In both cases, members enjoy the same membership conditions, rights, and benefits.
Joining through a National Chapter does not involve any additional fee — it is a single membership for one fee, which covers both EuroCham and the chosen National Chapter.
A share of 40% of the membership fee is allocated to the Chapter to support its operations and activities.
Each Chapter also conducts its own events and initiatives in addition to EuroCham’s activities.Notes:
Following the adoption of the new statutes on 26 March 2026, the 50% discount offered to BritCham members joining EuroCham is extended until 31 December 2027. The discount will be applied on a pro-rata basis, in accordance with EuroCham’s standard membership cycle (1 January – 31 December). This incentive applies exclusively to EuroCham Direct membership. The discount will no longer apply behond that deadline.
As the UK is no longer included within EuroCham’s regional coverage, companies with UK affiliation (as defined under Article 7.1 of the statutes) will be classified as Associate Corporate Members from 26 May 2026. UK companies that have joined as EuroCham members before that deadline will retain their Ordinary membership status on a permanent basis, regardless of any future changes to the rules.

How can I join the Chamber?
Anyone — companies, professionals, and business-oriented NGOs — can apply for membership through our online application form.
Once submitted, the Board of Directors will review the information provided and determine the appropriate membership category.
Can NGOs or individual professionals become members?
Yes—business-oriented NGOs, as well as individual professionals, are welcome to join and participate in EuroCham activities.
How long does membership last?
Membership is valid for the calendar year (January to December). If you join from July onward, pro-rata membership rates apply.
What happens after I apply?
After submitting your application, it will be reviewed by the Board of Directors, typically within two weeks.
Once approved, you will:
- Receive a welcome email with your membership confirmation,
- Gain access to the EuroCham community and its various sectoral groups,
- Start using your member benefits right away.

Can I access a list of EuroCham members?
Yes! All members are listed on our website, and expanded information and contact details are available to EuroCham Members.
Can I upgrade my membership during the year?
Yes. Members can upgrade from Standard Membership to an Annual Partner Package at any time during the year. The difference in price will be calculated pro rata based on the remaining months.
How can I renew my membership?
EuroCham will send renewal notices each December for the following calendar year.
