Training Sessions on Business Re-registration through Online System
According to the Prakas 300 PN CBP PrK of the Ministry of Commerce, it is required that all companies re-register their business online before 31st of March 2016.
In order to support this process, and as part of its ongoing collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce, EuroCham organized free training sessions on "Business Re-registration through Online System" on February 2nd and 19th in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap respectively. Gathering a total of about 250 participants, the two training sessions were delivered by Mr. Kun Dirang, Deputy Chief of Business Registration Department of the Ministry of Commerce.
During the sessions, various aspects of the online re-registration process were clarified and a practical demonstration was provided. The presentation covered the following points:
- How to create and log in a new user account
- How to reserve a company name
- How to incorporate and re-register a private limited company
