Notification on Pchum Ben Public Holidays

The Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MoLVT) has issued a Notification, No. 278 on Pchum Ben Public Holiday, stating that companies shall comply as following:

1. Allow all workers to take paid days-off on the upcoming Pchum Ben Public Holiday: on 11th – 12th – 13th and 14th of October 2015 as substitute of Sunday 11th.
2. Provide salary to workers prior to Pchem Ben Public Holiday. If impossible upon stated, at least 50% of the salary should be advanced prior to the Pchem Ben Public Holiday.
