On the 19th and 20th June, EuroCham Cambodia successfully hosted a 2-day online training course on Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Our expert trainer introduced core elements of supply chain operations, and its reference model (SCOR). He discussed distribution management tools, INCO Terms and procurement, as well as compliance measures for customs declarations, and new topics such as trade liberalisation.
The trainer also included critical challenges that supply chain managers usually face, allowing our trainees to think, solve and engage realistically. We thank our trainer, and all participants for taking part.
